Well, I promised myself last year that I’d blog more often……Its now 2010, so I missed 2009 out. So here we are again, a fresh start. As a family we’ve been through a fair bit in the last 12 months, so it seems a good time to start again. Here’s a bullet point summary of life since April 2009:
We stepped down from leading the Colchester Vineyard church plant (more on that another time)
I got into full time work and we started to sort our finances out (still working on that one)
I learned to do what I’m actually called and equipped to do, not what I think is expected
I traveled to New Brunswick to do two more modules of my Masters degree in worship, and cemented my love for maritime Canada
I co-wrote a couple of songs with Marc James, one of which appears on his solo album, due out later in April on Survivor records
…and many more things, some great, some not so great, but its been a hell of a journey and learning curve.
So, I thought I’d re-start this ‘ere blog and write my thoughts on worship, life, family and everything in between. Stay tuned!
Debbie and I laughed a lot with our brilliant 3 year old and every day watching him grow is a priveledge
